Shipping & Orders

How long will it take to get my order?

Orders are typically processed and shipped within two business days. All orders placed on the weekend or on a holiday will be processed on the following business day.

All orders are shipped from Denver, Colorado. Your shipping time is based on your shipping selections at checkout and distance to your address. Shipping time is in addition to our order processing time.

Shipping times are not guaranteed. They are determined by the carrier and can vary based on location, time of year and weather. Celebration is not responsible for any delays on the part of the carrier.

Which shipping carriers do you use?

We use UPS and USPS as our shipping carriers.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we only ship within the United States.

Will I receive tracking information?

Yes, we will email you with tracking information as soon as your order has shipped.

What if I gave you the wrong address for shipping?

Please e-mail us at info@shopthecelebration.com as soon as possible if this happens. We will do our best to update the address if we are still processing the order. Unfortunately, if the order has already processed and shipped we will be unable to make any changes.

Can I add to my order?

We know planning a celebration can be stressful and we want to make sure it’s not! Please contact us ASAP if this happens and we will do our best or will work with you to figure out a solution.

Can you add a gift note to my order?

We would be happy to add a handwritten note for you! Just let us know that in the comments section of your order.

Do you offer free shipping?

Currently, we do not offer free shipping. But we often have free shipping promo codes available with a certain purchase amount. You can sign up for our e-mails to stay up to date on any coupons or discount codes.

What if my package is lost or stolen?

This is the worst! But unfortunately, we are not responsible for lost packages. Please reach out to the carrier if this should happen. Or check with your neighbors, maybe they picked it up off the porch for you!

Cancellations & Returns

Can I cancel my order?

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel your order. If we have not processed and shipped your order, we may be able to cancel it. If it has already been processed and shipped, we are unable to cancel your order. However, you will be able to return it if you need to (see return policy).

Do you accept returns?

We love and stand behind all of our products, but of course we want you to be happy! If you aren’t completely satisfied, please contact us within 14 days of your shipment delivery date to request a refund. At this time, we will gladly accept unopened, unused items still in their original packaging for a refund. Opened or used items are non-refundable.

Return shipping costs are at the expense of the customer and original shipping costs cannot be refunded.

If you receive damaged items, please accept our apologies and reach out to us right away with your order number and images of the damaged product and we will work with you to replace or refund those items.

To initiate a refund, e-mail us at info@shopthecelebration.com with your order number and your reason for return. We will review it and send you a return authorization as well as return details. Orders will not be refunded without a return authorization from our customer service team.

When can I expect my refund?

After we receive your returned items, we will review it to make sure it’s in line with our return policy. If it is, your refund will be credited to the original payment method. This may take up to a week for the credit to show up in your account.

We believe that a few streamers and a bottle of bubbly can make all the difference in someone’s day.
