Refund policy

We love and stand behind all of our products, but of course we want you to be happy! If you aren’t completely satisfied, please contact us within 14 days of your shipment delivery date to request a refund. At this time, we will gladly accept unopened, unused items still in their original packaging for a refund. Opened or used items are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are at the expense of the customer and original shipping costs cannot be refunded. If you receive damaged items, please accept our apologies and reach out to us right away with your order number and images of the damaged product and we will work with you to replace or refund those items. To initiate a refund, e-mail us at info@shopthecelebration.com with your order number and your reason for return. We will review it and send you a return authorization as well as return details. Orders will not be refunded without a return authorization from our customer service team.
